How Superbills Work

Pay therapist directly at full self-pay fee during each visit.

Receive monthly Superbill with CPT (e.g. 90837) & ICD-10 diagnosis codes.

Submit Superbill via insurer online claim portal or apps like Reimbursify.

Receive check/direct deposit reimbursement (typically 50-80% after OON deductible).
